Workshop Update - May 2021

There’s been lots happening over the past fortnight.

X18 has been on the receiving end of lots of work. The cab windows have now all been reinstalled. Work is starting on the loco’s cow catcher and buffers. Plus, the electrical equipment has also been receiving a lot of attention.

Our track team have been busy ensuring all the points around the yard are in great condition.

Meanwhile in the carriage shed, exterior painting of ABL2 is complete and focus is shifting onto the interior fit-out.
